So today I am officially 8 weeks, and this is my first post. This week my baby is growing more and more... about a milimeter every day. It is currently about the size of a large raspberry. My baby is also taking shape and looking less like a reptile and more like a baby. The lips, nose, eyelids, legs and back are all taking shape and the heart is rapidly beating at approximately 150 beats per minute. The baby also starts making spontaneous movements this week while it twitches around in my uterus.
As far as I go... this week I am definately feeling pregnant. Not only does all food make me want to barf, I am extremely exhausted. I also am noticing a little baby bump... My jeans are definately struggling to button. I will post a picture soon. I just keep reminding myself that in the end it is all worth it. I can't wait till my little critter gets here and I can meet him/her.
Monday I go to the doctor for my first "real" pregnancy appointment. I can't wait to see my critter again and see how much it has grown. I will post more on Monday!
